How to Register

1. Make sure you can login to your email account.

  • Yahoo Mail
    • ​If you forget your password, click "Forgot password?" and follow the instructions to recover or reset your password.
  • Gmail​
    • ​If you forget your password, click "More ways to sign in" and follow the instructions to recover or reset your password.

2. Sign up to www.convoing.com

(a) Sign up an account

Choose the "Log In" (human icon) button

Choose the "Sign up" tab

Sign up through (1) "Continue with Facebook" or (2) "Sign Up With Email"

If you go for "Sign up With Email", you will need to fill in your basic information. Once you are done, click the "Sign me up!" button.

(b) Verify email

You will be directed to the above message page. Basically, it tells you to go to your associated email inbox and receive your "verification email".

Since I used Gmail to sign up, I will go to my Gmail app. However, please go to your "associated email account inbox" to get your verification email.

Once you are in your email account, look for the email from "Convo" and the subject "Verify your Convo account and starting shopping now!"

Open the email and click "VERIFY EMAIL NOW"

You will be redirected back to Convo's Sign in page, you will see a banner on the top that says "Congratulation! Verification Completed!"

Enter your email account (username) and password, then press "Let's go!"

Congrats! you have logged into Convo successfully! You can click the "Log in" (human icon) button to make sure if you are really logged in.

If you are presented with this page, it means you are logged in.
